CARBOLITE 1/4 round Awnings.

The 1/4 round awning is our most modern design in terms of shape. Made from sleek 8mm twin walled polycarbonate sheeting, framed with aluminium extrusions, the awning comes fully assembled ready for a simple installation.

The awnings can be installed off both fascias and walls which makes this awning so adaptable to all conditions. The awnings can be placed over windows and doors ensuring protection from both wind,rain and sun. 

The design is based around a rear receiving channel. Once this channel is mounted to the fixing point, the awning clips into position.Then attach the arms using the CARBOLITE arm brackets and you have installed the awning.(see installation guide).The awning has been tested to suit Australian Standards for wind so rest assured, they are built to last.

CARBOLITE Arched Awnings.

The arched awning is different in design from our standard awnings. The awning is mounted using 50mm x 50mm arms with a base plate at the rear. The base plate measures 100mm deep so you need this for attaching. The arm brackets are screwed to the wall and the curved sheeting placed on top.

These awnings can only be attached to walls.

These awnings have maximum rises bearing in mind the sheet can only bend to a 1400mm radius.

All our awnings are standard in size but larger sizes available on request.

The CARBOLITE Gable Awning is an easy to install traditional awning that follows simple lines. The awning comes complete with 3 welded 50mm x 50mm legs which has a 150mm x 50mm base plate on the end. Simply screw the brackets into place following the instructions supplied. Usual angles allow a 22.5 degree fall. Once the brackets are installed the sheets are simply screwed on top and a ridge cap placed over the join.

The CARBOLITE Louvred awning

Modern in design yet innovative in presentation, the louvred awning is the architects choice. Made from 65mm x 16mm aluminium slats, which are in turn laser cut into 50mm side channels ensuring no ugly rivets or screws for connection.

The awnings are supported by our standard 38mm x 25mm RHS arms which are simply attached using the unique CARBOLITE wall brackets.

Colours are no problem for these awnings as they are fabricated in mill finish(no colour) and coloured to your choice. We recommend for accuracy to choose a Dulux or Interpon POWDERCOAT COLOUR.
